Pamporovo Resort Winter 2011/2012

The winter holiday resort Pamporovo offers very good conditions for practicing snowboard. The 6 ski lifts and the large number of ski runs make this resort very suitable for the fans of this sport. During year 2004, the first half-pipe ski track in Bulgaria was built in this resort, which is now a real attraction for extreme snowboard skaters and for those, who like amusement and tricks.

This winter sport gains bigger and bigger popularity among young people. Many tourists became snowboard skaters at the snowboard school of Pamporovo PLC. This school also has regular clients, as these clients are mainly English youths, who come to the resort during several consecutive seasons in order to improve their skills and to meet their friends-snowboard-instructors and the people with whom they became friends at the snowboard school over the years.
